Whether you are a seasoned professional or just completing the SMC³ Less-than-Truckload courses, this exam demonstrates your mastery and utilization of LTL terminology, processes, and procedures. This exam verifies you can apply best practices in LTL operations, costing and pricing, LTL transportation laws and regulations, as well as business analytics to support the North American supply chain.

Once you purchase the exam, you will have 30 days to select a day and time of your choosing to complete this exam. This exam is expected to take approximately 120 minutes to complete. Be sure to select a time period of at least 120 minutes that you can complete the exam. If you have not completed the exam within 120 minutes, the test will automatically closed and be graded.

You will be notified with the results of the exam within 24 hours. If you pass, you will be presented with a temporary certificate for download and may begin using the CLTL designation. A certificate worthy of framing will be sent to you within 30 days. If you fail the exam, you will be automatically enrolled into a new exam within 48 hours. After receiving this notification you will have 14 days to retake the exam at no additional charge.
